Level 1: Beginner - brand new to yoga and/or looking to build alignment, from your foundation up.
Level 1-2: Intermediate - 1-2 years of yoga experience and/or have practicedIyengar Yoga for at least 6 months.
Vinyasa ~ Six months of prior Iyengar Yoga practice is recommended.
Private Session - For beginner and advanced alike. You will receive one-to-one attention to advance in overall health and yogic knowledge.
